摘 要: 大规模教育考试最重要的质量指标是效度和信度,由于效度检验的证据收集存在一定的困难,且效度缺乏精确的统计测度,故而,命题教师在进行考后的数据分析时,往往偏重于信度分析,而忽略效度。针对于此,本文在应用最为广泛的经典测量理论框架下,提出了一整套科学、全面的命题质量评估方法。实例研究表明:该方法适合命题工作的实际需要、可操作性强。 The validity and reliability is the most important quality index in the Large-Scale education. Because of the difficulty in collecting validity evidence and the lack of accurate statistical t, examination experts often lay particular stress on reliability analysis, while ignoring the validity when they analyze the examination data. Therefore, under the framework of the classical test theory applied widely, the paper proposes the scientific, all-around examination quality evaluating technique. The example research shows that the technique fits the practical need of examination, and is with good workability.
