燃油磁化效果与磁场强度关系的试验研究

摘  要: 通过加装燃油磁化器对2135Ca四冲程非增压柴油发动机的燃油经济性、排烟和燃油红外吸收光谱进试验研究,对比分析了加不同磁场强度磁化器,对柴油发动机燃油经济性和排气烟度的影响,并同时分析了磁场强度与燃油红外吸收强度的关系。结果表明:经磁化后的燃油油耗率和排气烟度有所降低。在不同的转速和负荷条件下,磁化后燃油经济性和排气烟度达到最佳效果所需的磁场强度不同。磁化后的燃油红外吸收强度增强,且红外吸收强度随磁场强度增强而增强。 The fuel economical efficiency, exhaust smoke ofa 2135Ca non-supercharged four-stroke diesel engine and the IR absorption spectrum of fuel are studied through the installation of fuel magnetizer. A series of experiments have been conducted on the effects of the fuel economical efficiency, exhaust smoke of diesel engine under different magnetic field intensities. At the same time, the relations between magnetic field intensity and the IR absorption spectrum of fuel are also analyzed. The results indicate that fuel consumption and exhaust smoke decrease after the exposure of fuel to magnetic field. Under different speed and load conditions, the needed magnetic field intensities to meet optimum performance of fuel economical efficiency and exhaust smoke are different. The peak strengths of IR absorption spectrum of fuel increase after magnetization and they enhance with the magnetic field intensities increasing.
