摘 要: 将健康幼鲤360尾随机分为4组:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ(对照组),分别投以0、0.15、0.30、0.45mg/kg硒水平的饲料,每组放鱼30尾,每个处理组设置3个平行。饲养期间,观察试验鲤的临床症状及死亡情况。试验共进行30周,结束时对试验鲤尾静脉进行采血,测定鲤血液的生理生化指标。结果表明:试验结束时,各试验组鲤的发病率分别为46.7%、33.3%、13.3%、0%,死亡率分别为26.7%、16.7%、6.7%、0%;硒缺乏鲤血液中的红细胞(RBC)数量、血红蛋白(Hb)含量都显著降低,白细胞(WBC)数量和红细胞渗透脆性显著增大;血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性升高,免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量降低;血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低。 Common carp Cyprinus carpio juveniles with body weight of ( 10 ± 3 g) were randomly allocated to 4 groups, and fed the purified diets containing selenium 0,0.15,0.30, and 0.45 mg/kg with triplication at water temperature of 20 - 24 ℃ for 30 weeks. The clinical symptoms and mortality of the fish tested were observed during the trial and the physiological and biochemical indices in the blood collected from the caudal vein were determined in the 30^th week. The morbidity and mortality were found to be 46.7% , 33.3%, 13.3%, 0% and 26.7%, 16. 7%, 6.7%, 0%, respectively. For the fish fed the control diet containing selenium at a rate of 0 mg/kg, both the erythrocyte number and the hemoglobin levels decreased, whereas the leukocyte number and erythrocyte fragility increased significantly. The activities of the aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alannine transferase(ALT) and lac- tate dehydrogenase (LDH) increased, meanwhile the levels of the IgM and the activities of the GSH - Px, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) decreased.
