摘 要: 对2种磷酸盐和4种醇胺类水泥助磨剂进行了助磨效果和对水泥常规物理性能影响的研究。在此基础上,重点研究了2类水泥助磨剂对水泥与混凝土外加剂相容性的影响,并对其机理进行了初探。试验结果表明:三聚磷酸钠中期助磨效果最明显,三乙醇胺和丙三醇中后期助磨效果都比较好,丙三醇总体增强效果较好;磷酸盐类水泥助磨剂对水泥与外加剂的相容性有所改善,而醇胺类水泥助磨剂对水泥与外加剂的相容性有不良影响。 The effect of two phosphate grinding aids and four alcohol amine cement grinding aids on cement physical properties was studied, and the effect of two kind of grinding aids on compatibility of cement and concrete admixture, and the mechanism was researched too. The result showed that the grinding-aid effect of sodium tripolyphosphate was most obvious, and the long term grinding-aid effect of triethanolamine and glycerol was better, the strengthen effect of glycerol was good, the phosphate grinding aids could improve the compatibility of cement and admixture, but alcohol amine grinding aids would worsen it.
