摘　　要： 高校学报的质量不容乐观,栏目设置有相当大的相似性和重复性;许多文章选题缺乏前沿性和原创性,学术性不强;编排加工比较粗糙。出现这些现象的主要原因是受社会整体环境、办刊机制、编辑素质等因素的影响。在这些影响因素中,有一些非人力所能排除。要提高高校学报质量,应该创办特色栏目,强化编辑素质,健全相关制度。 There are many problems in Colleges and University Journals in respect of its column design, themes and topics, academic and editing, etc. The paper explores its causes, including social context, publishing mechanism and editors＇ quality and puts forwards some proposals such as featured column, improvement of editors＇ quality and complete related system.
