摘 要: 本文继本题之(Ⅰ),报导了五工序合一液膜工艺的八个实例。它们是直接在内水相结晶(沉淀):(1)生产仲钨酸铵(继本题之Ⅰ);(2)生产草酸混合稀土;(3)制备碳酸钇;(4)自HAuCl4体系提取单质金;(5)自退镀废水回收单质金;(6)和(7)自湿法冶锌系统分别回收硫化镉和回收金属铟;(8)制备偏钛酸钡的中间体,钛钡比为1的草酸氧钛钡和偏钛酸钡。最后得出的结论是五工序合一液膜工艺具有普遍意义,可以发展成为一种制备高纯,均匀细粉的新方法。此外,并列举了此方法的优点。 Eight practical examples of emulsion liquid membrane process with characteristics of combinating five stages (purificatcon-reaction-concentration-crystallization precipitation-classification) into one stage are reported in this paper. These examples are:(1)producing ammonium paratungestate; (2)producing mixed rare earth oxalate; (3)preparing yttrium carbonate; (4)extracting element gold from HAuCl 4 system; (5)recovering gold powder from electroplating waste water; (6)and (7)recovering CdS and metalic indium separately from acidic leaching solution of zinc hydrometallurgy; (8)preparing the intermediate BaTiO(C 2O 4) 2 of BaTiO 3.
