摘　　要： 利用冷藏运输综合模拟试验台,对香蕉常温运输和冷藏运输中干耗变化进行全面跟踪试验。结果表明,冷藏运输对香蕉品质起到了良好的保护作用,而常温条件下香蕉干耗达1%/d。 The weight-loss of banana was studied in refrigerated transport and normal temperature transport by integrated simulated test-bed of refrigerated transport. It＇s shown that the quality of banana is perfect by the protected of refrigerated transport and the weight-loss of banana is 1%/d when it＇s normal temperature transport.
