摘　　要： 我国构建社会主义和谐社会的治国理想,以公平正义为原则,以与自然和谐相处为重要特征。环境正义要求人们在处理人与自然之间的关系时遵循正义的原则,这是解决全球性环境问题的有效指导工具,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容和价值追求的集中体现。 Construction of the socialist harmonious society, the governing ideal of our country, take fair and just as the principle, harmonious with the nature together as the key character. The environment fair request people follow the just principle when deal with relations between the person and the nature, this is an effective instruction tool to solve the global environment problem, and is the important content and the value aim for constructing the socialist harmonious society.
