摘　　要： 分析了常见的早期压力恢复曲线的形态特征，并研究了早期试井曲线偏离径向流理论直线的原因，推导出了相应的确定井筒和地层参数的公式。针对在关井后续流量随时间的不同变化规律，论述了几种校正压力恢复曲线早期段的试井分析方法，文后给出实例，研究表明，利用分析早期曲线可以获得井筒储存常数等井筒附近的信息。如果选择合理的压力恢复校正方法，还可以获得可靠的渗透率。 In lowpermeability reservoir, the earlytime buildup test is long. The radial flow straight line can not appear. How to fully use earlytime data and reduce the shutin time of production well is studied. The paper deals with the shapes and behaviors of earlytime pressure buildup curves. Equations for determining the parameters of wellbore and reservoir are given. The paper also presents several methods for correcting earlytime pressure buildup data. The analysis of field examples is made.
