摘 要: 比较了NaCl、KCl、Na2SO4这三种盐促染活性黄KE-4R染棉布的染色效果,发现KCl优于其它二者。按一定比例将三种盐复配成几个系列,每个系列以一种盐作主组分,其质量百分率从50%变化到90%。实验发现以KCl为主组分的复配盐的促染效果优于其它系列,并且,随着KCl含量的提高,促染效果上升,其含量达80%时促染效果最佳,表明几种盐能协同促染。还发现,复配盐在适宜的复配比例,促染效果要优于单组分盐的促染效果。 Potassium chloride, sodium chloride and sodium sulfate were used as accelerants in the dyeing of cotton with C. I. Reactive Yellow 84 respectively. The results showed that the accelerating effect of potassium chloride was superior than the others. Several series were complexed with these salts, and one salt was contained in each series as a main ingredient and changed from 50% to 90% in weight. It was found that the accelerating effect of the series of complexes mainly containing potassium chloride was better than that of the other series, and it was enhanced as the amount of potassium chloride was increased. Moreover, it reached the best when the potassium chloride was 80% in weight. This results showed the several salts could co-accelerate the dyeing. Also, the accelerating effect of complexes with the optimum salt ratio was better than the effects resulted from the single salt.
