变截面厚钢板Z向拉应力研究

摘  要: 在现代桥梁设计过程中,变截面厚钢板的使用会使厚钢板厚度方向的Z向拉应力σz增大,甚至造成撕裂破坏,这部分拉应力是由变截面钢板结构形式本身引起的,容易被设计者忽视。就变截面厚钢板承受轴力和弯矩作用下,其连接对象(钢板厚度之比不同)和连接形式(变截面过渡段斜率不同)两个方面对厚钢板的Z拉应力σz进行研究,用有限元软件建立了数值模型,并运用弹性力学理论推导出相应的解析解公式。确定Z向拉应力与厚钢板设计参数(厚度以及变截面过渡段斜率)的关系,对该类厚钢板的设计起到概念性指导作用。 In the design of steel bridge, the tensile stress σz at the direction of thickness usually become significant when using thick steel plate with taper cross-section. The stress σz is caused by the feature of structure system (taper cross-section) ; however, it is often ignored in the practical application. In this paper, the stress σz was studied under different thicknesses of steel plates and different slopes of connection structures. A numerical analysis was performed using finite element models under the axial force and bending moment. Simultaneously an analytical formula of σz is derived based on the elasticity theory. The relationship between the σz and key design parameters of steel plate, i. e. , thickness and slopes of connection structure, can be determined based on the numerical and analytical results. This paper can assist engineers for the conceptual design of the thick steel plates.
