摘　　要： 酿造业是淮河流域的主要污染源之一。本文从淮河流域国民经济产业结构及工业结构入手，重点分析了酿造业生产工艺对环境的影响，提出在淮河流域大力推行清洁生产，采用先进工艺技术，降低酿造业对淮河流域的污染程度，从而促进流域环境与经济的协调发展。 Brewing industry is one of the main pollution sources in Huaihe River valley. Through investigating the national economy industrial structure of Huaihe River valley, an analysis of the influence of brew technology to environment has been made. The results suggest that practicing Clean production by advanced technology is the essential way to dispose water pollution of brewing industry and promote the development of environment and economy coordinately in Huaihe River valley.
