摘　　要： 在目前的我国,职业教育正快速发展,与此同时,我们发现,工学结合的理念在职业教育中越来越受到重视。在教育发展的过程中,教师会发挥着无可替代的重要作用。本文首先探讨工学结合的定义及其重要性,然后就国内外工学结合研究现状作一个文献综述。在此基础上,笔者将探讨工学结合理念下高职建筑工程技术专业师资队伍建设的相关问题,并提出解决方法。 Nowadays, in China vocational education is developing very quickly. Simultaneously, we find that the idea of ＂work and study union＂ has attracted more attention. Teachers play a very important part in the development process of education. This paper first presents the definition and importance of ＂work and study union＂, then gives a literature review concerning research in ＂work and study union＂ at home and abroad. On this basis, the author tries to explore the development of teachers in the major of civil engineering in higher vocational education under the idea of ＂work and study union＂, and tries to offer her solutions.
