摘　　要： 本文应用模糊理论和人工智能技术,提出和建立了一种操纵者两级控制模型,该模型由上层协调级和下层运行控制级组成,分别用于描述人的监控、协调及其它智能性活动和人的控制行为(技能性活动)。 Based on Fuzzy theory and AI technique, a twolevel control model for human operator is proposed and developed. The model consists of upper coordinating level and lower controlling level, describing human's monitoring, coordinating behaviors and other intelligent activities and human's control behavior (skill activities) , respectively.
