摘　　要： 关于柳亚子的牢骚所指,历来众说纷纭。基于柳亚子的士大夫立场,笔者以为,柳的牢骚意在抱怨中共缺乏养士之道,即夺席辱士、轻贤慢士、举措失士。 There have been hot disputes regarding Liu Yazi＇s complaints in his poem Moved and Writ- ten for the Submission to Chairman Mao. This article, based on that Liu Yazi is a typical traditional Confucian scholar, proposes that, Liu is complaining of the ungracious and ungenerous treatment of the Chinese Communist Party towards intellectuals, i.e. depriving the intellectuals of their rights and insulting them; belittling them; and treating them unjustly who have thus lost heart.
