摘 要: 磁悬浮轴承具有无磨损、无需润滑、寿命长等优良品质,从根本上革新了传统的支承方式。对交流二自由度混合磁轴承基本原理进行了介绍,给出了控制系统框图。基于TMS320F2812设计了控制系统硬件,阐述了硬件驱动平台的开发,并设计了相关的软件,最后给出了实验结果。实验结果表明,其控制系统能较好地满足试验要求。 Magnetic bearings operate contactlessly and are therefore free of wear and lubricant, which have innovated the traditional supporting forms fundamentally. Introduced the basic theory of AC 2DOF homopolar HMB and given the figure of control system. Based on TMS320F2812 DSP, had manufactured the hardware of control system, especially designed the drive system and developed the software.
