摘　　要： 研制的猪囊虫油乳剂苗免疫猪只后可有效抵抗猪带绦虫囊尾蚴的侵袭，保护率为１００％（１０／１０）。经免疫力产生时间测带定，免疫后第６ｄ即可产生免疫，能有效抵抗猪囊尾蚴的侵袭；免疫期长，可达５个半月或更长时间。该油乳剂苗可通过家兔进行效检，用间接血凝反应（ＩＨＡ）监测免疫猪体内的循环抗体。该油乳剂苗经现地应用后，其免疫效果良好。 Abstract icercus Cellulosae oil emulsion vaccine was developed.Pigsinocuted with this vaccne posses ability against cysticercus cellulosaeinvasion efficiently.The protective rate may reach as high as 100%(10/10).Challenge test indicated that,protective immunity begin of 6th day pi.and keep steady over 5 5 months.Such oil emulsion vaccine ma bedetected its efficiency in rabbit and may be detected its efficiency inrabbit and may be surveillented pig's circulatory antibody titer by IHA.In the field vaccination,14220 pigs received this vaccine acquiredsatisfactory immunity.Recently,this is the best vallne agai nstcellulosae cysticerecosis in Heilongjiang and other provinces.
