摘 要: 以印染废水为处理对象,以D301大孔树脂为吸附剂,选取次氯酸钠溶液为再生氧化剂,对吸附-氧化再生法处理印染废水的可行性及其影响因素进行了试验研究。结果表明:D301大孔树脂对印染废水有较好的吸附性能,其COD平衡吸附量可达166.2mg/g;当吸附剂再生时间为20min时,COD再生率可达83.8%。以D301大孔树脂为吸附剂、次氯酸钠溶液为再生氧化剂的吸附-氧化再生法处理印染废水具有处理时间短、操作灵活的优势,吸附剂的氧化再生时间短、再生率高,有很好的可行性和良好的应用前景。 With printing and dyeing wastewater as the treatment object, using D301 macroporous resin as adsorbent and sodium hypochlorite as regeneration oxidant, the feasibility of the adsorption-oxidation regeneration process treating printing and dyeing wastewater and the influencing factors thereof were studied through the test. The results showed that: D301 macroporous resin was able to adsorb the pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater effectively, its COD equilibrium adsorption capacity reached 166.2 mg/g. When the adsorption regeneration time of the adsorbent was 20 min, the regeneration rate of COD reached 83.8%. It was indicated that, as the oxidation regeneration time of the adsorbent was short and its regeneration rate was high, the adsorption-oxidation regeneration process with D301 macroporous resin as the adsorbent and sodium hypochlorite as the regeneration oxidant had a good feasibility and application foreground in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment for its short treatment time and flexible operation.
