摘　　要： 厚壁不锈钢弯头的扩径推弯成型是管件生产的难点。提出了一种近似超塑变形的扩径推弯成型方法，并成功地用于厚壁不锈钢弯头的生产。还介绍了该成型方法的相关工艺参数。 It is rather difficult to produce heavy wall stainless steel elbow with the diameterexpanding/push-bending formation process. A new process of such kind similar to superplastic deformation was proposed and hen put into production of heavy-wall stainless steel elbow successfully. Also described in the article are relevant technological parameters of this formation process.
