摘 要: 试验探讨了二氧化钛纳米材料对城市绿化植物蜘蛛兰净化污染空气效应及植物抗逆生理指标的影响。结果表明:蜘蛛兰具备一定净化尾气污染的能力。二氧化钛纳米材料处理下能有效提高蜘蛛兰在改善环境空气质量评价指数,减少空气含菌量。同时,纳米材料处理减轻污染空气下的植物叶片细胞质膜透性,降低膜脂过氧化水平,增加叶绿素含量,从而提高植物叶片抗逆性。本文对纳米光触媒与植物触媒交互作用的机理进行了初步探讨。 The effects of TiO2 sol nanocomposite on air pollution purification capacity and stress physiological parameters of American Spider Lily (Hymenocallis americana) were studied. The results showed that H. americana could purify the urban off-gases pollution to some extent. TiO2 sol nanocomposite treatment could enhance the air pollution purification capacity of plant. In the meanwhile, nanocomposite treatment could enrich the leaf chlorophyll content, reduce cytoplasm membrane permeability, decrease lipid peroxidation of membranes under polluted conditions, therefore improve the stress resistance . The interaction mechanism of photocatalyst and phytoeatalyst on air pollution purification was preliminary discussed.
