摘　　要： 版权保护与合理使用的冲突及协调,其实质是信息的控制与信息的免费获取之间的制度博弈。这是互联网发展过程中一个长期纠结的问题,厘清其中的关系。 The essence of confilict and coordination between copyright protection and rational use which is a long entangled problem in internet development history is a system game between information control and free acquisition. It's important to clarify relationship therein and make rational use of information, and this will be good to companies'and individual's better protection of their legitimate interest.
