摘 要: 采用裂缝实际调查和影响因素数值分析,研究基于可靠度的CRCP配筋率设计方法.通过实际调查CRCP路面裂缝间距与宽度分布情况,认为裂缝间距的分布符合对数正态分布模型,裂缝宽度的分布符合正态分布模型;分析了钢筋直径、配筋率、混凝土极限拉应力及钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结应力对裂缝间距和裂缝宽度的影响规律;通过CRCP路面失效概率分析,认为裂缝间距与裂缝宽度的可靠度主要与设计裂缝间距及参数的变异水平有关.给出了CRCP的横向裂缝最佳间距值,得出基于可靠度的连续配筋混凝土路面配筋率设计法. In site measurement and developing rule analyses of cracking were done in order to get the reinforcement ratio based on reliability. Cracking interval and width on three CRCP( continuously reinforced concrete pavement) pavements were measured. The data show that the distribution of cracking interval conforms to logarithmic normal distribution and the distribution of cracking width conforms to normal distribution. The effect of steel bar diameter, reinforcement ratio, concrete tensile strength and cohesive strength between concrete and steel bar on cracking interval and width are analyzed. It is concluded that the reliability of cracking interval depends on designed cracking interval and the variation of parameters. A table of optimal CRCP cracking interval is recommended which can be used for the design of reinforcement ratio based on reliability.
