摘　　要： 民族和谐就是民族关系的和谐,就是在各民族之间建立平等、团结、互助、共同进步和发展的和谐关系。民族和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的内容和条件。实现民族和谐对构建社会主义和谐社会具有理论、实践和方法论等多方面的意义。 Ethnic harmony is the harmony of ethnic relations, which is required to establish harmonious relations of equality, unity, mutual aid and common progress and development between ethnics. Ethnic harmony is the contents and conditions to build socialist harmonious society. The realization of ethnic harmony has much other significance on building a socialist harmonious society in the aspects of theory, practice and methodology.
