摘　　要： 加入WTO后中国面临的一项重要任务是实现金融业的国际接轨。在经营体制方面,借鉴国际经验的同时结合国情,建立金融控股公司是适合中国实施混业经营的最佳模式。中国应采取循序渐进的方式推进混业经营,在维持金融业经营总体格局的情况下边规范边放松管制,最终过渡到混业经营模式。 After entering the WTO, an important task to Chinese financial industry is to achieve international standards. In terms of the operating system, while drawing on international experience combined with Chinese national conditions, establishing financial holding companies is the best mode which is suitable for mixed operation of China. China should promote the mixed operation step by step, and standardize and deregulate the operation at the same time as maintain the overall pattern of the financial services industry, and ultimately achieve the transition to a mixed operation mode.
