摘　　要： 校企合作开展生产性实训是德、澳、英等发达国家职教模式的一个共同特点,并表现出模式多样、追求实效等特点。借鉴发达国家推进高职教育生产性实训的经验,结合我国实际,从政府和高职院校两个层面提出了若干建议。 School-enterprise cooperation in the production training is the common characteristic of the vocational education model of Germany, Australia, Britain and other developed countries. It embodies the following aspects： diverse modes, seeking for actual effect, operating according to criterion, etc. Referring to the experience of the developed countries concerning the practical training in production, this article puts forward some suggestions for both government and higher vocational colleges according to the national conditions of our country.
