摘 要: 以风电场电能质量的综合评估问题为核心进行探讨。基于改进的灰色关联投影原理,通过层次分析法和熵权系数法组合赋权确定权重,采用适合具体场合的分辨系数改进灰色关联投影法,从而改善风电场电能质量评价的客观性。所提方法应用于国内某大型风电场各个监测地点的电能质量分析中,得到了各个监测地点的电能质量优劣排序。接着应用概率统计与模糊数学相结合的分析方法对风电场的电能质量进行了有效的模糊综合评估,实例验证了该方法用于评价风电场的电能质量是有效可行的。 The synthetic evaluation of the electric power quality in wind farm is taken for study. First, the theory of the improved gray relation projection method is introduced. The analytic hierarchy process and entropy coefficient method are applied to calculate the combination weight coefficient, and distinguish coefficient that is suitable for different situation is introduced, which improves the objectivity of the power quality evaluation. And then this method is applied in the synthetic evaluation of power quality in different places of the wind farm, so that an order of the quality situation from good to had can be got. Finally, it combines probability and statistics with fuzzy mathematics so that synthetic evaluation can be done about the power quality. This example demonstrates that the methods are efficient and feasible to evaluate the power quality of the wind farm.
