摘 要: 采用Ziegler-Nata催化配位聚合得到的丙烯/长链1-烯烃无规共聚物为功能膜,以聚丙烯微孔膜为支撑膜,制备其复合膜.详细考察了溶剂、溶液浓度、复合层数和1-烯烃的种类等因素对该种复合膜氧氮分离性能的影响,讨论了丙烯/长链1-烯烃无规共聚物作为富氧膜材料的可能性. ?Using propylene/high1olefin random copolymers as functional layer and porous polypropylene film as supporting layer, a series of composite membrane were prepared. The effects of solvents, solution concentration, the number of functional layer, and the kinds of high1olefin in the copolymer on the permeability and the oxygen/nitrogen selectivity of oxygen and nitrogen were investigated. The potential application of the composite membranes for oxygen/nitrogen separation was discussed.
