摘 要: 采用单片机控制技术,研制出了自动控制脉冲强光杀菌装置.该装置每个光脉冲的输入能量可达1200J,光脉冲宽度小于800μs.40个光脉冲能使霉菌减少4个数量级,使α-淀粉酶的活力钝化70.5%,且脉冲强光杀菌未对维生素C造成显著的破坏作用. Automatic controlled sterilizing equipment with pulsed light by using single_chip computer is developed. The input energy of a light pulse is up to 1 200 Joule. The pulse time is less than 800 microseconds. 40 pulsed light flashs can kill mold from 10 4/ml to 0. The activity of α_amylase passivates by 70.5% with 40 pulsed light flashs. Pulsed light does not casue harmful effect on vitamin C.
