摘　　要： 从甘蔗糖厂新鲜混合汁中分离纯化出高产葡聚糖肠膜明串珠菌02、016、09、06、013。利用选择性培养基分离单菌落。通过多种培养基上生长状况、培养液黏性,以及高效液相色谱测定胞外多糖的产量,筛选出高产葡聚糖的菌株作为糖厂有害菌株的代表。 The strains of extracellular polysaccharide high producing bacterium was screened from mixed juice in sulphitation sugar mills, they named 02, 016, 09, 06, 013. Leuconostoc mesenteroides is separated by selected media. Screening of strains with high yield extracellular polysaccharide is divided into three steps. Regarding growth state, viscosity, yield of extracellular polysaccharide as index, by selected medias, viscometer, HPLC, get representative strains harmful bacterium from mixed juice in sulphitation sugar mills.
