摘 要: 将HACCP体系应用于精制糖生产中。根据生产工艺流程,对精制糖生产过程中各个环节可能造成的危害进行分析,进而确定关键控制点、监测方法和纠偏措施,并制定了HACCP计划表,为精制糖生产的安全控制提供了保证。 The application of HACCP system in refined sugar production was studied in this paper. The possible hazards in production were analyzed based on practical refined sugar production. The critical control point, monitoring methods and corrective measures were made and the HACCP scheme was proposed, which was helpful to ensure a safe production of refined sugar.
