摘 要: 采用MODDE实验设计和数据分析软件研究了过氧化氢用量、过氧化氢与用碱量比值、氢氧化钠与硅酸钠比值和浆浓等因素对过氧化氢漂白的影响,以及各因素之间的相互关系。实验得到过氧化氢漂白模型的R2值为0.998和Q2值为0.992,说明了该模型的数据与实验得到的数据具有良好的一致性和预测性。通过该模型分析,过氧化氢用量、过氧化氢用量/用碱量比值和浆浓是影响粉丹竹过氧化氢漂白纸浆白度的三个主要因素,且各个因素之间也存在着相互影响。 The influences of factors such as hydrogen peroxide charge, the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to alkali charge, the ratio of sodium hydroxide to sodium silicate charge, and pulp consistency on hydrogen peroxide bleaching of BAMBUSA CHUNG Ⅱ SCMP were studied by means of experiment design and analysis software, and the mutual relation of those factors was also discussed. The results show that the value R^2 and Q^2 of bleaching model are 0.998 and 0.992 respectively, which indicates that the data from bleaching model corresponds well with that obtained from the experiment. The model analysis show that the three factors to influence final brightness of BAMBUSA CHUNG Ⅱ SCMP bleached by hydrogen peroxide are charge of hydrogen peroxide, the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to alkali, and pulp consistency. The mutual influence among the factors is also existed.
