摘　　要： 知识链是一个典型的复杂适应系统(CAS)。文章从CAS的四个特性(聚集、多样性、流和非线性)和三个机制(标识、内部模型和积木)的角度探讨了知识链组织间知识创造的机理。 Knowledge-chain is a typical complex adaptive system （CAS）. From the view of CAS＇s four characteristics （aggregation, diversity, flows and non-linearity） and three mechanisms （tagging, internal model and building blocks） the article studies the mechanism of inter-organizational knowledge creation in knowledge-chain.
