摘 要: 为研究磺胺间甲氧嘧啶的免疫毒性及其对肌肉品质的影响,研究采用高、中、低剂量组对小鼠连续7d腹腔注射给药,每日一次。计算小鼠胸腺和脾脏器系数,观察脾淋巴细胞形态变化,来反映该药的免疫毒性;检测肌肉蛋白质的含量、肌肉pH的高低探讨该药对小鼠肌肉品质的影响。与对照组比较,结果显示:用药组的胸腺和脾脏器系数降低(p<0.05)、肌肉蛋白的含量下降(p<0.05),肌肉pH值变化不明显(p>0.05),脾淋巴细胞形态异常。所以该实验得出结论:磺胺间甲氧嘧啶对小鼠具有一定的免疫毒性,显著减少了肌肉蛋白质含量。 For study on effect of sulfamonomethoxine on immunotoxicity and muscle qurality in rat, all rats in high, middle, low dose group were administrted in intraperitoneal injection for 7 d continuously, once a day, thymus and spleen coefficients were calculated, morphologic change of splenic lymphocyte was observed so that immunotoxicity of sulfamonomethoxine was evaluated, change of muscle protein content and pH values was observed for that effect of sulfamonomethoxine on muscle qulity was approached. Compared with the control group, Thymus and spleen coefficients in the test were lower(p〈0.05), the content of muscle protein dereased more (p〈0.05), but pH values changed not obviously, splenic lymphocyte was in paramorphia. In conclusion, sulfamonomethoxine was with much immunotoxicity and could reduce the level of muscle protein significantly.
