摘　　要： 文章采用单因素实验和正交设计法研究以乙醇作为溶剂在不同的条件下提取龙眼叶中黄酮类物质的效果。正交实验结果表明:提取时间为3h、料液比为1∶25、提取剂为50%的乙醇溶液(体积比)、提取温度为80℃是最佳提取工艺条件。 Extraction conditions of flavonoids from longan leaves using one factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were studied. The results showed that the opimum conditions were that extraction time was 3 h, ratio of material to solvent was 1：25, ethanol concentration was 50 % and extraction temperature was 80℃.
