摘 要: 以钼酸铵和氢氧化钠为原料,研究了微波合成钼酸钠的工艺条件及影响因素,探索了微波合成时间、微波合成温度、物料质量等工艺条件对钼酸钠合成的影响规律,采用正交试验优化了工艺条件。结果表明:微波合成温度为180℃、辐射时间20min、物料质量5g,钼酸钠的合成率为73.32%。经X射线衍射表明,合成产物主要为钼酸钠。 The process of microwave synthesis sodium molybdate with (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O and NaOH had been studied. The effect factors, such as time, microwave synthesis temperature and sample weight, had been explored, and the process was optimized. The results show that the optimum conditions are 180℃ of microwave synthesis temperature, 20 min of synthesizing time and 5 g of sample weight, the synthesizing ratio reaches 73.32 %, and the product is sodium molybdate by X-ray diffraction analysis.
