摘　　要： 本文通过探讨学术团队的现状和定位,追溯了远程教育学科建设初期,学术创新团队的可贵贡献。同时以广州电大的学术团队为个案,阐述了该团队的使命与任务,提出在电大发展的新时期下,电大系统远程教育学术创新团队建设的方向,对于进一步加强和促进电大学科建设具有一定的借鉴参考价值。 To investigate the status and positioning of the academic team,this paper traces its valuable contribution in the early construction stage of distance education discipline,and takes a case study of Guangzhou RTVU to put forward academic innovative team-building mission and tasks in the new era of RTVU systems,to enhance and promote the building of subjects for reference.
