油菜细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系不同发育阶段内源激素动态变化初探
Preliminary Study on the Changes of Phytohormones at Different Development Stage in Cytoplamic Male Sterility Line and Its Maintainer of Rape

摘  要: 利用酶联免疫测定技术研究了波里马(polima)油菜细胞质雄性不育系和保持系不同发育阶段叶片和花蕾中IAA、GAs、ABA和iPAs的动态变化。研究结果表明:(1)叶片和花蕾中GAs含量均先降后升,但不育系的含量比保持系的高。(2)不育系叶片中IAA含量先升后降,而保持系的与此相反,且前者的含量在大多数时期高于后者;不育系花蕾中的IAA先降后升,而保持系的却一直降低,且前者的含量高于后者。(3)两系叶片和花蕾中ABA含量变化趋势相似,但以不育系为高。(4)iPAs在整个检测过程中始终低于检测范围。提示不育系叶片和花蕾中IAA、GAs和ABA含量变化出现了异常,且明显高于保持系,这可能与雄性不育有关。 Contents of IAA,GAs,ABA and iPAs in leaves and flowers of Polima CMS line and its maintainer in Brassica napus at different development stage were measured by ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay).(1) Contents of GAs(GA 1+3+4+7 ) in the leaves and flowers of CMS line and its maintainer dropped at early stages,and then rose. However,its contents in the CMS line were higher than in the maintainer.(2) Changes of content of IAA in the CMS line′s leaves was different from those in maintainer′s. At early stages, the GAs rose, and then dropped. Yet, the IAA dropped first and then rose slightly. Morever, content of IAA in the CMS line′s leaves was higher than that in the maintainer′s . Content of IAA in the CMS flowers dropped first and rose afterwords, but that in the maintainer was decreasing from beginning to the end. And content of IAA in the leaves was higher than in the flowers. (3) In these two lines′ leaves and flowers,the change of contents of ABA was similar. However, the CMS flowers′ was higher than maintainer′s. (4) Content of iPAs(iP+iPA) in the two lines′ leaves and flowers was not measured at all development stages. It indicated that changes of contents of IAA, GAs and ABA in the CMS line are abnormal, and the higher contents of the three kinds of phytohormones would be related to cytoplsmic male sterility in rape.
