摘　　要： 楔横轧模具设计属弱理论领域,主要依赖设计人员的知识和经验,因此模具设计具有很强的主观性、随意性和不确定性。本文根据楔横轧轧件的特点,将其分解为基本单元体,利用分类编码技术对单元体、整体轧件和实例进行编码,在此基础上,实现楔横轧模具设计的知识获取。将获取的专家知识与经验融入楔横轧模具设计中,可以实现模具在设计和制造完成后,基本不需要或很少量修模即可生产出合格的产品,提高楔横轧模具的设计质量,增强技术竞争力。 Cross wedge rolling, belonging to the field of infirmness theory, mostly depend on knowledge and experience from designer＇s practice. According to the character of the Cross wedge rolling parts, they were separated into basic cell-units. On the base of them, cell-units, combination-units and instances were coded to realize the knowledge acquisition of the cross wedge rolling design.
