摘　　要： 由于逆向物流的特殊性,企业往往为了追求自身经济利益最大化,而会在法规和政府的监督下选择机会主义。本文建立了政府与企业在构建逆向物流问题上的博弈模型,通过博弈分析探讨了企业构建逆向物流的相关因素,得出了政府应该如何建立企业自律机制,促使企业自觉构建逆向物流体系。 Owing to the particularity of reverse logistics, Enterprises will choose opportunism for maximum its self-profits under the supervision of legislation and government.This paper have founded a game model on structuring the reverse logistics between the government and the enterprises,through game analysis discusses the factors of enterprise reverse logistics structuring,then a self-regulation mechanism for enterprises in reverse logistics is probed to urge enterprise to structure reverse logistics system.
