摘　　要： 2010上海世博会作为一项"大事件"将对建筑遗产存在的城市场景和脉络产生重大影响。世博会成为一次工业建筑遗产保护的契机。文章从工业建筑遗产的潜能——价值解析出发,研讨了具有不同价值组成的工业建筑遗产在世博会中的保护与再生策略,并结合原江南造船厂和求新船厂的3个保护建筑实例,探讨了具体的保护与适应性再利用方法。文章最后还围绕世博工业建筑保护的可持续性以及公共政策的操作模式进行了讨论。 As a ＂mega event＂ Expo 2010 Shanghai will have a significant impact on it urban scenes and site context, The urban scenes of the Expo sites, which has been used as shipyasds have gone through ever changing in the past 150 years, but this time, it is facing a big change because of the Expo and post-Expo operation. The conservation of some of the industrial relics on the site will preserve the history of Shanghai in the other. By analyzing the potential and value of the industrial relics, the article discusses the strategy for conservation and renovation of such industrial relics of various values in the Expo. Then by briefly introducing three cases of conservation, such as the Jiangnan Shipyard and Qiuxin Shipyard, the article elaborates on the specific methods of conservation and adaptive use. In addition, the article also explores the sustainability of industrial relics conservation in the Expo site and the operation mode of relevant public policies.
