摘 要: 采用生物接触氧化工艺处理废塑料拆解综合污水,设计能力为2 000 m3/d,实际运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N和石油类的总去除率分别达到87.84%、94.75%、93.93%、72.82%、99.74%,出水水质已达到广东省《水污染物排放标准》(DB 44/26—2001)的一级标准,污水处理成本为0.60元/m3。 Biological contact oxidation process with design capacity of 2 000 m^3/d was used to treat plastic waste dismantling wastewater. The operation results indicate that the total removal rates of COD, BOD5 , SS, NH3 - N and petroleum pollutants are 87.84% , 94.75% , 93.93% , 72.82% and 99.74% respectively. The effluent quality can meet the first class criteria (the second period) of the Guangdong Province local standard Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants ( DB 44/26 - 2001 ). The wastewater treatment cost is 0.60 yuan/m^3.
