摘 要: 研究了并联机床虚拟设计分析平台,在广泛分析和研究了国外关于并联机床设计分析虚拟平台发展和现状的基础上,提出切实可行的虚拟平台构建方案,使用MATLAB6.5进行底层数据的分析与运算,然后借助UG强大的三维建模功能,搭建虚拟的并联机床设计分析的平台。简要介绍了虚拟平台实现的关键技术和技术难题以及实施过程,并说明了虚拟平台系统的特色和创新之处。 Virtual prototyping platform of parallel machine was studied. After analyzing the current virtual prototyping platform of parallel machine, a feasible system project of virtual prototyping platform was presented. Using MATLAB6. 5 to analyze and compute, virtual prototyping platform of parallel machine was established based on the three-dimensional modeling function in UG. The key technologies and problems, the implementation process of virtual prototyping platform were introdueed. The characteristic and innovation of the virtual prototyping platform were shown.
