摘 要: 提出了一种新型折弯机的整体结构和同步控制系统的设计方案。根据矢量变换控制原理建立伺服电机系统的数学模型,并于MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明:矢量控制变频调速的伺服系统具有良好的电磁可控性,应用于折弯机,使得系统控制简单,同步控制易于实现,且制造成本降低,可维护性好。 The structure and the synchronous control system of a new type of press brake were proposed. Based on the principle of trans-vector control, mathematical model of the servo-motor system was established and simulation was done by means of MATLAB/ SIMULINK. The results show that the vector-control of frequency speed-control servo system has a good electromagnetic controllability. The usage of this system in press brakes makes the control system simple, the synchronous control easy, which can decrease the cost of produce, and has a good maintenance.
