摘　　要： 通过Minitab软件的DOE试验设计模块,分析和遴选了影响注射成型塑料零件表面颜色和光泽度的若干关键的试验因子及其水平数量,拟合了选定模型,进行残差分析,利用因子间交互效应的关系,优化了注射成型参数,达到精密控制成型颜色和光泽度的目标。 Based on design of experiments module of Minitab software, the factors and their levels to effect color and gloss of surface of molded part had been analyzed and sorted. The designed fit models and its residuals analysis had been taken. Through the interaction among the factors, molding parameters had been optimized to precisely control molding color and gloss
