摘 要: 采用苯乙烯马来酸酐无规共聚物(SMA)、丙烯酸酯共聚物(M1)以及乙烯/丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)共聚物(M2)等三种不同类型的相容剂,就其对聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PC/PET)体系相容性的影响进行探讨。另外,使用了二甲苯、丙酮、四氢呋喃、氯仿等四种溶剂,对空白PC以及改性后的PC/PET共混物进行浸泡,探讨了其耐溶剂性能的影响因素。结果发现,添加40%左右的PET后可获得力学性能和耐溶剂性良好的PC合金材料;含GMA的相容剂M2能够较好地改善PC与PET之间的相容性,使挤出成型时共混物熔体流动表现更加稳定,且赋予材料良好的抗冲击性能。 By using styrene maleic anhydride random copolymer (SMA), acrylate copolymer (M1), as well as ethylene/acrylate/glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) copolymer (M2), three different types of compatibility agent, the impact on compatibility of polycarbonate/polyethylene terephthalate (PC/PET) system was explored. In addition, with xylene, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, chloroform as four solvents, the blank PC and the modified PC/PET blend were immersed to explore the effect factor of solvent properties. It was found that adding 40wt% PET could get PC alloy with good mechanical properties and solvent resistance; with GMA compatibilizer of M2 could improve the compatibility between PC and PET, so that extrusion blend melt flow had a stabler performance, and had good impact on resistance properties of materials.
