摘　　要： 对1999-2008年10年间图书馆自助服务的研究热点、理论架构、服务模式、实例个案作一回顾式梳理研讨,如图书馆自助服务的概念界定、模式研究、实施利弊、质量评价、自助服务系统等。 This paper makes an overview study on library self- help service and the discussion on the research subject, frame of theory, service mode, and example cases during the decade from 1999 to 2008; such as the concept defining, mode study, the implemental advantages and disadvantages, quality evaluation, self - help service systems etc. of library self- help service.
