摘 要: 讨论由稻壳制取白炭黑工艺中影响白炭黑提取率的几个主要因素,给出了实验研究结果。结果表明:在本工艺条件下,炭化稻壳中的二氧化硅以无定形水合二氧化硅结构存在;稻壳炭化的最佳温度为600~650℃,炭化温度过低,挥发份去除不净,影响产品色泽。炭化温度过高,炭化稻壳中水合二氧化硅向晶态转化,使提取率降低;提取液碳酸钠质量分数在15%为宜,反应时间大于3.5h;提取液重复使用可使产品提取率提高20%左右。 The influence of some principal factors on the extract rate of white carbon black (WCB) is studied in this article.The experimental results show:1) the silica in carbonized rice husk takes generally the form of hydrated silica.2) the best temperature for the high extract rate at which the rice husk is carbonized is between 600?650℃.If the temperature is too low,not only the volatile components can not be removed out entirely,but also the colour and the lustre of product will be affected.If the temperature is too high,the form of silica in the carbonized rice husk will be changed into crystal that will make the extract rate reduce.3) the conditions below are good for the extract rate:a) the concentration of the sodium carbonate in the solution is about 15%(wt).b) the reaction time is above 3.5h.4) the repeat using of the extract solution can make the extract rate increase about 20%(wt).
