摘 要: 针对传统油耗测试仪器存在的问题,基于虚拟仪器技术用失重法原理设计了发动机油耗测试系统,系统由凌华IPC610工控机、DAQ2214多功能数据采集运动控制卡、调理电路、称重传感器、油箱、电磁阀及各路油管等组成,用LabVIEW进行软件设计。该系统可与电涡流测功机测控系统有机结合,形成发动机测控系统。 In view of the defect of traditional measurement, design an engine fuel consumption measuring system which based on virtual instrument technology with weight--loss method. This system composed of ADLINK IPC610 and 2214 multi--function DAQ cards, conditioning circuit, the weight sensor, fuel tank, solenoid valve, various pipeline etc., it' s software designed by LabVIEW. The system with eddy current dynamometer measurement and control system form an engine test and control system.
