摘 要: 本实验采用对虾饲料浸出液培养基从对虾健康养殖池中富集并分离出60株优势菌.通过对蛋白质、淀粉和CODMn的降解能力及对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)生长的影响等指标的检测,筛选出5#、9#和24#共3株能高效降解有机物和促藻生长的菌株.10d内,其对CODMn的去除率均在40%以上.在有机培养液中,这3株菌对小球藻生长均有显著促进作用(p<0.05),经过7d培养,藻细胞密度分别比对照菌提高了92.3%、98.1%、32.7%.在无机培养液中,9#菌对小球藻生长有明显的促进作用(p<0.05),经过7d培养,藻细胞密度比对照菌提高了77.3%.经初步鉴定5#、9#和24#这3株菌分别属于弧菌属(Vibrio)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)的细菌. Bacteria of 60 strains were isolated using shrimp-feed abstraction from shrimp culture ponds. After examining the degradations of protein, amylum, CODM, and the promoting effect on the growth of Chlorella sp. , 3 strains (5^# ,9^# ,24^#) were obtained for their high degradation of organic matter and growth promotion of Chlorella sp. The removal rates of CODM, were higer than 40% in 10 days for all 3 strains. Compared with the control group, 3 strains(5^# ,9^# ,24^#) were found significantly to have promote the growth of Chlorella sp. in organic medium (p 〈 0.05 ). As results, the algal density increased by 92.3 % ,98.1%, 32.7% in 7 days, respectively. The strain 9^#also significantly promoted the growth of Chlorella sp. in inorganic medium (p 〈 0.05 ), and the algal densities increase by 77.3% compared with the control in 7 days. Strains of 5^# ,9^# and 24^# were identified and belong to genus Vibrio, Pseudomonas and Bacillus, respectively.
