摘 要: 目的研究[间隙]连接蛋白37(Cx37)基因C1019T多态性与急性心肌梗死(AMI)相关生化指标变化的关系。方法用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术结合琼脂糖凝胶电泳,研究283例(病例组136例,健康对照组147例)受试者Cx37 C1019T多态性位点的基因型,并分析研究对象血清中cTnI、CK-MB、CRP、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAⅠ、apoB和Lp(a)的含量与Cx37基因C1019T多态性的关系。结果在病例组和对照组之间,CC、CT和TT基因型受试者cTnI、CK-MB和CRP水平存在显著差异(P<0.05),CT型和TT型受试者LDL-C水平有显著差异(P值分别为0.030和0.026),3种基因型的TC、TG、HDL-C、apoAⅠ、apoB和Lp(a)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LDL-C水平差异可能是导致Cx37基因C1019T多态性具不同的AMI患病风险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between C1019T polymorphism in the gap junction protein37 ( GJA4 ,also known as connexin37, Cx37) gene and biochemical parameters related to acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods The genotypes of connexin37 gene in 136 patients with AMI and in 147 healthy individuals were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay. The relationship of C1019T polymorphism of Cx37 gene and biochemical parameters related to AMI including cTnI,CK-MB,HsCRP,CRP,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL42,ApoA1 ,ApoB,and Lp(a) was analyzed. Results Between patient and healthy control groups, significant differences in serum cTnI, CK-MB, HsCRP, and CRP levels were found in subjects with CC, CT, or TT genotypes. Serum LDL-C level showed significant differences in subjects with CT and TT genotypes ,and there were no significant differences in serum TC, TG, HDL42, ApoAl, ApoB, and Lp (a) levels in subjects with CC, CT, and Tr genotypes. Conclusions The change of serum LDL-C level may be one of major factors that result in different AMI risks among different Cx37 C1019T genotypes.
